The dashboard

The dashboard is your home screen — designed to get straight to the point: fewer clicks,
more impact. At a glance, you always know exactly where you stand.

An overview of your activity

The top of the dashboard summarises your account in a few key indicators:

• ⭐ Your AI Corpus — where it all begins. Create corpus, upload documents and build
  your knowledge bases.
• 📚 Your Stories — the running history of your conversations across every Corpus.
• 🤖 Your Agents — how many answering setups you can call on, platform ones included.
  Tap it to open the Agents space.

Your core metrics, day by day 📊

Under the cards, a panel carries the two numbers that say how much you use Verbatim AI: the
prompts you have run and the tokens they cost. Underneath them, the last 30 days
are charted — tokens consumed, day after day — so a quiet spell or a jump in consumption
shows on the home screen, without opening anything.

On a wide window the panel charts more of the same report: activity (the stories and
prompts opened each day) and storage used. On a phone it keeps to the tokens, and the
rest is one tap away.

Your usage report 📊

Show more opens the full report the panel is the headline of: tokens spent, Stories and
prompts opened, storage taken and Corpus created — as running totals and as charts over time,
over the Day, Week, Month or Year you pick. The same report is available for a
single Corpus, from the View Metrics button on its page.

Resume your latest ideas ⏪

The Latest prompts section lets you pick up instantly where you left off:

• 🧠 A clear, readable history
• 🕒 Date, time and token consumption for each entry
• ⚡ One tap to resume — without losing context

Nothing gets lost; everything is saved.

Navigation 🧑‍💻

The navigation bar guides you naturally between the main areas:

• 🏠 Home — this dashboard and its overview
• ⭐ Corpus — your Corpus and their knowledge bases
• 📚 Story — your content and conversation history
• 🤖 Agents — the setups that decide how your questions get answered

Profile, comfort & feedback 🛡️

• 👤 Your profile is at the top-right of the screen. It gathers your personal
  information, preferences and security settings. 🔐
• 🌙 Dark Mode — switch it on for visual comfort, and back to light mode any time.
• 💡 Contextual help — tap the help icon in any screen's header to open the panel that
  explains the screen you are on, and tap it again to close it. Verbatim AI remembers how you
  left it.
• 🪲 Report a bug or suggest an improvement — tap the bug icon, navigate to the screen
  in question, highlight the issue and describe it in a few words. Your feedback helps us
  improve the service.
