activates a free 3-month trial — no commitment, and you can cancel at any time.

Create your account

Registration is a short, guided flow in four steps.

1️⃣ Your email ✍️

Your account is linked to your email address. Enter the email you want to use for your
Verbatim AI account. We'll send a verification code to that address.

Your email is used only to manage your account. It is never shared.

2️⃣ Verify your email

Open your inbox and look for the message titled "Your verification code" from
Verbatim AI. It contains a four-digit code — type it into the form to confirm your
address.

Didn't get the code?

• Check your Notifications and Spam folders — the email may have been filtered.
• Deleted it by mistake? Click Resend code to receive a new one.

3️⃣ Your information

Provide your name — it becomes the primary information on your profile. Your name is
only shared inside your organisation and during collaborative exchanges with colleagues
you invite.

Then protect your account with a strong password. We enforce a few rules:

• At least 6 characters
• At least one digit
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one special character (@ & # …)

4️⃣ Data protection & terms of use

Your data security is essential to us:

• Your data is private and will never be shared or used to train LLMs.
• It is hosted in Europe with guaranteed confidentiality.

Read our terms of use and privacy policy, then enable “I accept the terms of use” to
continue.

5️⃣ You're in! 🚀

One last click validates your registration. You are now connected and can begin your
Verbatim AI experience.

What to do next

Once your account is ready, follow the quickstart:

1. Create your first AI Corpus — give it a name and a short
   description. 🚀
2. Feed your Corpus — upload the documents it should work on. Processing
   takes a few minutes. 🔋
3. Start your first Story — open your Corpus and ask a question. 🔊
4. Pick the agent that answers you — the default one answers until you do,
   and you can change it any time from your profile. 🤖
